From The Holy Bible In the Light of Kriya:
Exodus
Inner War between Negative and Positive
At the sacral center in the inner nucleus war, the negative (pharaoh) and the positive (Moses) fight each other for victory in every atom. Moses tries to make the mind inward to grow into positive side, while the Pharaoh tries to keep the mind outward so that it relaxes on negative things with attachment.
Positive and negative are relative. Wherever the positive side is, the negative side is there behind it. The seven plagues represent the struggle between the positive force and the negative force.
Exo. 14:10 “And when Pharaoh drew nigh,…the children of Israel cried out unto the Lord.”
The positive side, the inward attention of the mind, is piloted by Moses. He repsenents the centripetal forces in man’s awareness to fight this inner nucleus War. He tries to impress all other righteous vibrations of the positive side to remain firm, or still, to fight the negative side. The equilibrium state of Consciousness, that is, the Lord, might absorb the negative force first, so that the positive force would be free from the attack, or outward attention.
Exo. 14:13 “And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which he will shew to you today; for the Egyptians whom ye have seen today, ye shall see them again no more forever.”
Even the negative force must be dissolved in the very “Source” of mind.
The Source is pure Consciousness, or the ultimate Self. This state is the Equilibrium state of Consciousness.
Exo. 14:4 “That the Egyptians may know that I am the Lord.”
Midnight: Selfsame Day
It is very true that, until the “right moment” comes, nothing becmes effective or operative in the inner war of meditation.
Midnight is chosed by the Lord as the right moment for the positive side to come out from the liquid state of vibrations operating from the sacral center and proceed to the next higher center, that is the lumbar center.
Midnight is the time of union between the end of the night, or darkness/ignorance, and the beginning of the day, or Light/Knowledge. At this neutral moment of Midnight, the positive force can come out from under the influence of the negative side, as Midnight is the neutral state being between the two sides.
This Midnight is also called the Selfsame Day as it is the right moment for the individual self to attain the pure, or ultimate Self.
Selecting the right moment and acting accordingly are two of the important factors in war, especially in the inner war, which is very subtle, in the very atom of Consciousness.
Exo. 11:4 “And Moses said, Thus saith the Lord, about midnight will I go out into the midst of Egypt.”
Exo. 12:51 “And it came to pass the Selfsame Day, that the Lord did bring the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt.”
Spinal Cord: The High Way
As the Spinal Cord holds the entire creation of the universe, it acts as the battlefield of this inner nucleus war between the negative and positive forces, or vibrations. The Spinal Cord is the Highway which must be traveled to attain the equilibrium state of Consciousness.
Inside the Spinal Cord, the opposite forces (i.e., centripetal and centrifugal as positive and negative respectively) are locked in battle. When the seeker is in a state of confusion and ignorance and bound by attachment, his path is confused.
However, when the equilibrium state, or balanced state, of Consciousness guides the positive side with inner Light and inner Sound in the Spinal Cord, the seeker then see Light between the eyebrows on the screen of cosmic subjective Telescope.
Exo. 13:21 “And the Lord went before them by day in a pillar of a cloud, to lead them the way; and by night in a pillar of fire, to give them light; to go by day and night.”
Triumph of Inwardness
The positive side, being the centripetal force, generates energy within the core of its stand, while the negative side, being the centrifugal force, dissipates energy. Thus generating energy within, the positive side triumphs over the negative vibration, eg., attachment and outward attention of mind.
As the positive side generates power within, eventually it becomes strong and grows towards the Equilibrium state.
Exo. 19:5 “If ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treausure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine.”
